Why you’re struggling to gain clarity in your business and life.

Over consumption of outer information can really distract you from your unique inner intelligence.

Lack of clarity feels like death to our purpose and ambitions. But if you’re interested in gaining more of it, there’s one place you must go to look for it, and that’s your inner self.

Before you dismiss this as a fluff statement, I want you to ask yourself something:

Have you actually, truly, been thinking about why you’re unclear?

Do you actually take the time to really ask yourself what is it that you want?

How often do you ask yourself thought provoking questions, and let your answers come from within, and not from other sources?

We spend more time seeking our answers in outside sources, rather than seeking them within ourselves.

The truth is, when we’re overwhelmed with lack of a clear direction on things, we go into survival mode and start seeking outside sources for answers. We turn to outside sources like google, youtube, top industry experts, books, friends and family for opinions, suggestions, and validation. While, we view these things as the most ideal thing to do, we miss consulting with one very important source: Ourselves.

Have you been forgetting consult with yourself?

Our inner intelligence is always in communication with us, but it’s our job to mute the outer distractions in order to tune into it.

We don’t go within enough. We don’t really try to figure things out, and we’re not asking enough questions to get our inner insights to come through.

One of the first things I find myself telling my clients, is to stop consuming from external sources and start going inwards to reflect, ask, and allows things to come up. This sometimes includes, them stopping from going on social media, google, youtube, and facebook groups.

For us to hear ourselves, and get honest about what we want, we need to silence the noise of the outside world, but also our need to get instant answers.

There is always communication from within, we just have to remember to get better at tuning into it.  This is one of the reasons why I go on and on about silent meditation. It has been a game changer for me, because it has allowed me to experience letting my thoughts and emotions come to the surface, and eventually insights to become loud and clear.

Learn to lean into your inner wisdom. It will always guide you in the right direction. When you decide from the inside out, you end up building more self-confidence around everything, and you also start to trust yourself more. To me, that’s pretty combination to grow your business, but also grow as a leader.
