The real reason you’re not as successful yet.

There is no shortage of success that’s available to you, once you understand what it takes to get there.

So, one thing has become crystal clear to me, that,  there’s no shortage of financial success when there’s overflow of emotional and spiritual success from the inside out.

Here is the deal everyone: Success is an inside job.

The sooner you wrap your head around this one, the faster you’ll be set to get out of your way. There’s no point in arguing with the understanding that if you want to be rich and happy on the outside, the inner you needs to be rich and happy as well. In fact, when you become rich and happy on the inside first, you create the same on the outside, faster.

True success is when the picture on the outside world matches with how you feel on the inside.

When I left my medical career, I may have looked successful on the outside but that story did not match with how I felt on the inside. If I’m being completely honest, it wouldn’t have mattered if I was in any other profession, because I would have likely felt the same. Because here’s my thing ( and many of you likely feel the same) the rules and norms of a regular corporate job isn’t something I align with. By natural preference some of us don’t like working for someone else and in fact, hate limitations put on the way we do our jobs.

Does this sound familiar?

You hate not having the freedom of your time, and on how much you can earn with in a time frame.

Me neither. In fact, this is why many corporates are leaving the “certainty” of a secure job to try the uncertain world of entrepreneurship. There comes a point when the outer image of looking successful can’t make up for how you feel on the inside.

No one sits us down and has the inner “success” talk with us. Most of us have learned success to be acquiring external things in order to feel successful and fulfilled; including looking successful for the world. I must tell you as someone who’s had the prestigious career and the leadership roles, I’ve learned through mental, emotional and physical exhaustion of a medical career that if happiness is not your inner experience going into things, then even the top jobs or getting another promotion won’t make any difference.

Your outer world is a direct reflection of your inner world.

Your outer work is a direct reflection of your inner thoughts, emotions, dialogue, the intentions behind the choices you make, and last but not least the energy you put into everything.

So put as much effort into cultivating thoughts, emotions and intentions soaked in inner emotional freedom and success.

Not to scare you or anything, but if you don’t master what goes on the inside, you will be at the mercy of what goes out on the outside. The good news is that you do have the power to master your inner experiences, and with that directly influence how you experience things in the external world.

The liberation comes first and acts a catalyst to inner and outer success.

In my work as a coach, the conversations are always around success, making money, having an impact, and feeling emotionally liberated. And, what I have discovered so far is that, the liberation comes first and it comes from within. Then comes the success, which also comes from the inside experience. This follows the type of impact you create on the outside, both in your life and lives of those you serve. Finally the money, because yes, we’re all here to make that too. The money that gets made as a result of the inside success, is massive. It’s massive energetically, figuratively and pretty much in any other way possible.

So when it comes to achieving anything in life, it has been, is, and always will be an inside job.

I’d love to hear what your thoughts on this are, and you’re invited to share those in the comments below.
